Rate, pickup window, and dock details up front. If something changes on the shipper side, you hear it from us before you are sitting at the dock.

What we look for

Our requirements are the normal ones.

Active operating authority and a USDOT number in good standing.
Insurance at the standard minimums: $1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo, with Armstrong Transport Group as certificate holder.
Carrier vetting through Armstrong's compliance platform. Setup takes a few minutes and you only do it once.
Tracking on the load, either through the app or check calls, so the shipper gets updates without chasing anyone.
No double brokering. The carrier we book is the carrier that shows up.
